Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped from our Hatillo, Puerto Rico facility within 2 business days.
Orders from outside of Puerto Rico and United States may be subject to additional import and duty fees. Customer is responsible for these fees if applicable.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping and delivery is not available on weekends.
Orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery.
Order volume, inventory availability, weather issues, and carrier delays may affect shipping and delivery times. Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Due to its size and weight, the bt-accent AIR ships by large freight service with a flat rate shipping fee of $250.
